My Background

I'm Isabella, a clinical psychologist with a genuine passion for supporting people through some of life's most significant and tender chapters. I am especially passionate about supporting new and expectant parents, including mums, dads and non-binary parents, throughout the perinatal period.

The perinatal period, from conception through the first year of parenthood, is one of the most transformative experiences a person can go through. It can be joyful, disorienting, exhausting, and everything in between. I work with individuals and families experiencing low mood, anxiety, birth trauma, perinatal loss, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent.

I also have a growing practice offering psychological and educational assessments for school-aged children across Melbourne and Shepparton. These assessments help families, educators, and support services better understand how a child thinks, learns, and experiences the world.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and warm, grounded in evidence, and always shaped by curiosity about each person's unique story. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment-informed frameworks, and adapt my approach to what fits best for you.

I have experience working across public hospitals, private practice, and community mental health settings, and I currently work with the Maternal Infant and Wellbeing Melbourne (MIW,) in Parkville both in person and via telehealth.

If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to connect. Please get in touch below to organize a time to speak.
